Stage 1 – Power Supplies

Stage 1, power supply upgrade for the Cambridge Audio CXA-60 or CXA-61 integrated amplifiers. The upgrade is carried out by maudifi and returned to you.

This maudifi upgrade improves the power supply which brings sonic improvements to all aspects of reproduction.  In particular, expect greater solidity, or punchiness of the bottom-end, a darker background and more detail.  It is the foundation that the other maudifi upgrade stages build upon for greater refinement, detail and presence.

  • 2 x Reservoir capacitors uprated and upgraded
  • 2 x Decoupling capacitors uprated and upgraded

  • 4 x Reservoir capacitors uprated and upgraded
  • 4 x Bypass capacitors added to reservoir capacitors

• Certificate & equipment label
• Amplifier not included.  This is an upgrade service only.  You must supply your own amplifier.  This will be returned to you following the upgrade service.  We will contact you on order to arrange a suitable date.  Alternatively, contact us here to arrange directly with a human and we’ll call you back.
