I have created a new maudifi channel on YouTube and will be posting videos of what I get up to with my audio tinkering, design and development. The first video gives an introduction to maudifi and the content you can expect to see. Take a look …
This channel is all about making high-end audio / hi-fi more affordable for the audiophile and the listening pleasure it gives more accessible to a wider audience. There is an introduction to me and some of the DIY audio content that I will be sharing. That content will include:
- Building a clean power supply for the Allo DigiOne Signature.
- Comparison of this vs a battery pack for the clean power.
- Building a better looking enclosure / chassis for the Allo USBridge / DigiOne Signature and associated clean power supply.
- Modification / Sonic upgrades to the Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista 21 Tube DAC (Digital to Analogue converter).
- Cambridge Audio Azur 340A / 350A / 351A sound quality upgrades. Maybe a buyer’s guide for these. An upgrade kit and manual for the Azur 340A v1 is available now and I will produce alternatives for its various derivatives (340A v2, 340A SE, 350A and 351A) in due course. Get in touch if you’re interested in any of those and that’ll make it happen sooner.
- Affordable high-end power amplifier builds… doing some upcycling to make a decent looking and great sounding power amplifier for a fraction of the cost of the retail alternative.
All of that is to come, so please subscribe to the channel to be notified when it is posted.
