- How does it work?
- We contact you to arrange a convenient time to have the upgrade performed and advise you where to send it to. We upgrade it and return it to you.
- If you want something not listed, that’s fine. Simply fill in your details via the form link above and we will call you back to discuss your desired outcome. We then devise a solution to suit you, if different from standard stage levels. We can proceed when you are happy, organising a time to suit.
- Amplifier not included. This is an upgrade service for UK based customers. You supply your own amplifier. This will be returned to you following the upgrade service.

Scott is something of a genius when it comes to his careful and well judged approach to upgrading what is already an extremely good power amplifier.
He provided me with a detailed but easy to understand outline & costing of the various upgrade stages together with how each would improve the sound. In upgrading, I was keen not to detract from the inherent character of this amplifier and he did just that. Going the Stage 3 meant that the sound was snappier, the bass tighter and more controlled together with a darker background, lower noise floor and an extraordinary airiness around instruments and voices together with a wonderful sense of presence.
The soundstage has widened and, more impressively deepened giving the music a realism that impressed me.
Best of all was the musicality. Electrocompaniets are already well controlled amplifiers with a lovely spacious feel and a warm musicality. Scott’s improvements merely improved these attributes. I now have a power and pre amplifier set up that I’d be hard pressed to buy new without spending stratospheric money. They really are that impressive!
