- How does it work?
- We contact you to arrange a convenient time to have the upgrade performed and advise you where to send it to. We upgrade it and return it to you.
- If you want something not listed, that’s fine. Simply fill in your details via the form link above and we will call you back to discuss your desired outcome. We then devise a solution to suit you, if different from standard stage levels. We can proceed when you are happy, organising a time to suit.
- Amplifier not included. This is an upgrade service for UK based customers. You supply your own amplifier. This will be returned to you following the upgrade service.

Scott has done a beautiful job of improving what is already an extremely accomplished pre-amplifier. Whilst it and the power amplifier unquestionably required recapping due to age, the clear and well set out upgrade options he provided enabled me to decide what to do.
I opted for Stage 2 plus a few extras and the result is breathtaking. Vocals in particular have a presence and airiness around them, as do solo instruments. This pre-amplifier has a beguiling but subtle sense of warmth perhaps more associated with valves and Scott has retained this character. The results of the upgrade has effectively turned the focus ring, bringing everything into sharper focus.
Together with the upgrades on the AW120DMB power amplifier I now have beautifully musical, powerful and controlled amplifiers which provide not only a wide but deep soundstage, which I can listen to for hours at a time.
