Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Any refund provided after this time is not guaranteed and will be at our sole discreetion and provided on a goodwill basis should we believe the circumstances merit this.

  1. Cancellation must be in writing by email.
  2. The goods must not be damaged or soiled in any way. All opened goods must be carefully opened and then carefully repackaged (otherwise we cannot refund in full). If the goods cannot be passed as new and resellable at full price there may be a restocking fee of 10% – 25% depending on condition.
  3. The cost of any return is at your expense.
  4. Goods must arrive back undamaged (please insure the shipment if possible).
  5. Goods must be returned with their original packaging and complete.
  6. Special / custom orders are non-returnable.
  7. Any free add-ons from promotions, must also be returned together with the goods.
  8. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example. consumable items, where the packagaing has been opened, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  9. Additional non-returnable items:
    1. Gift certificates / vouchers.
    2. Any intellectual property (IP) item licensed to you by maudifi, for example:
      1. Downloadable documentation proprietary to maudifi such as upgrade manuals and procedures.
      2. Downloadable software products.
    3. Any media (e.g. CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, software, vinyl record, etc.) that has been opened.
    4. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    5. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@maudifi.co.uk.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us by email at sales@maudifi.co.uk in the first instance. We will then provide returns authorisation and shipping address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as this is the responsibility of the carrier used.

How do I pack it?

All goods returned are at the purchaser’s expense and must be securely packaged and returned undamaged in their original packaging with all accessories, which may include cables, remote controls or any other accessories, instruction manuals and warranty registration cards, any software must remain un-opened.

Do not write on or mark the product packaging in any way.  Please enclose a copy of your invoice(s).
